Political Risk Insurance for Lenders |
As a lender, EFIC’s Political Risk Insurance - Lenders policy can cover you against financial loss from non-receipt of scheduled loan payments by a borrower under your loan facility where the sole and direct cause of non-receipt arises from any of the specified political events. Features - Cover can be provided for the principal and/or interest component of a loan facility.
- An insured’s loss may be indemnified to a level of up to 100%.
- Policies are available for a term corresponding to the underlying term of the loan.
